"Ordered at 2:02 did not get my food until almost 30 minutes later. The tables were covered in food and all kinds of trash and the floor was disgusting too. There is virtually no staff upfront to take orders. Anytime I go through the drive thru(even when it’s not busy) I face very very long wait time"

"Hated the way it looked.Very unwelcoming. The woman who served us was the best part of my visit. The food was standard and the price was outrageous. To high. The rating is because of the woman who served us. She was the best. If not for her, I would have given 1 star."

"Waited in drive through for over fifteen minutes. Once we got to the window we got our drinks but no food, and the person at the window said nothing and disappeared without a word after handing us our drinks. After we waited 6-7 minutes more, I was hollering and tapping on the drive through window to find out what was going on. No one would come to the window. Finally pulled out of the drive through into a parking spot and walked in to ask about our food. Girl said they'd been trying to find us to give us our food. Told them I'd been sitting right there for an eternity trying to get their attention and they were ignoring me. And of course the Big Mac looked like a kindergartner assembled it, cheese wasn't melted, and fries were lukewarm at best. When I walked inside there was no shortage of help, and those that were "working" looked like they were trying to do their best sloth imitation. No urgency at all, even though the line in the drive through was extensively long the entire time we were there."

"We drive through from Illinois to Kansas. This is a good spot to stop and get gas, stretch our legs and get something to eat. We have stopped here before to eat in and take out. Today we were going to eat in. The main lobby area has changed and now only have two registers and places to electronic place your own order. We stood at the register for a while. At least three employees passed by us and one who had a vest on to take orders out visibly saw us. The man, who I assume is the lead or manager, had a headset on and was bagging takeout orders. He not once made an effort to take our order. There was no way to ring or call for assistance and feel this isn’t how it should be. We walked out. We didn’t order our lunch. Maybe they don’t want our $25.00. We may not come back."

"We went here after church last Sunday, 10-21-23, and had the worst service. We ended up asking for our money back and went some place else. The manager claims that they were short staffed. It should not take over 30 minutes to get your meal at a fast food establishment. One lady had waited over 20 minutes for a large fry and pop. It's absolutely ridiculous the service they have there and then want $15 an hour."
