"The overall buying experience was pleasant my wife and I enjoyed that part. The part I do not like was not following there word when given. We are buying a used van I found a problem with a door. I was told a day. Then I was told parts would be in Friday would get the van on Monday. Granted this has been an entire week. My check has already been cashed my temp tags are a week old and I still have no van and no title according to All Data, a mechanic paid site to determine hours of labor it takes 3 hours to disassemble and reassemble the door to replace the part. Not an entire day. I didn’t feel appreciated or valued as a customer"
