"Ordered and paid a refill nearly 3 weeks ago. New driver said the couldn't reach the tank due to a fence. I'm a 10 year customer, nothing has changed on my property in 10 years - no new fences or other reasons delivery would suddenly be not possible. Have now called twice and spoken with a representative, received a message tonight they can't deliver due to a fence. I've always been pleased with ferrellgas, but this red tape and the service center not communicating well with the local office (which is impossible to get to an actual local person BTW) has me considering switching providers"

"We recently had a tank filled and the Ferrellgas worker was excellent! He answered all my questions and even called into the office to get additional information for me. After he left he texted me to give me more info! Above and beyond what he had to to!"

"Tried to use the end of my last year contract to take advantage of the lower price and was informed that they have a newly instituted rule that its a minimum of 200 gallons for delivery unless there was a short delivery fee. I needed between 180 and 150 gallons at the time. No customer service help. Looking to switch my lease"

"Placed bulk fill order 2/16/22 at 30%. Estimated delivery shows 2/28/22. Called customer service on 2/22/22 as we are down to (14%) to request expedite delivery. Was told there would be a $150 emergency fill charge to get delivery in the next 24-48 hours. How can you justify an "emergency fill" six plus days after an order is placed?!!! Something smells... and it ain't propane!"
