"They got both sandwiches wrong. One was supposed to be a butter chicken biscuit and the other sausage English muffin. What we got? Sausage croissant and a bacon English muffin and no syrup for the french toast sticks. There was no one in line and we even waited when they said pull forward for the chicken to be ready and then no chicken. There wasn't anyone in the parking lot either, because it had snowed. So I know they weren't busy in the restaurant."

"Didn't get our order correct despite not being busy and the order on screen being correct. Food we got was cold and sandwiches were thrown together and missing what was supposed to be on them. Person at the drive was screaming at other workers in the store. Tried to order on site but machine was down and said we had to use drive through."

"If I could give a 0 star review, I would! The so called “bacon fries” literally an uncooked bacon just slapped on top of the cold fries. We had to air fry everything & do the work for these people."

"The hamburger meat was dry. There was too much "sauce" that it dripped onto the wrapper and soaked through it! The sandwich I believe had been sitting for a while. The sandwich was cool but the bottom had been sitting on a warmer. The french fries were just barely warm. I think this food was leftover from the noon rush. The bright spot was the young lady who took my order was very pleasant and helped me with my drink. My order was pretty expensive for fast food restaurants. I'm sure more has to be charged for the wages up to $15.00 an hour! Not sure I will stop there again."

"Placed mobile order at 6:30pm on a Sunday, came by to pick it up, dining room was closed and doors were locked, waited in drive thru for 20 mins to get the food, arrived at the intercom and was told to wait an additional 7 mins, finally made it to the window and waited another 10 mins at the window. Received my food and the honey grilled chicken and bacon was cold and very dry, they used SHREDDED cheese on the sandwich, and the lmedium” fry was half full. Fries tasted like the oil was three mo this old. Worst experience I’ve had at any Wendy’s, best to drive to Kansas City if you’d like Wendy’s."
