"Ordered nothing. Get back to taking orders with a human. -I called to on a Wednesday afternoon at approx 6:20 to order a pizza... I was placed on hold for an exuberant amount of time waiting for someone to answer. When answered I was informed I had to order on an app and could not order in person as they were "50" pizzas behind and far too busy to take an in person order. I informed them I didn't have a smart phone or computer to place an order online. They pretty much said too bad and hung up on me! Very disappointed!!! I used to be a manager at a Casey's in another town and the phone were always answered front counter or kitchen. Fix the human interaction for your customers or I will not come back. I will also tell others to avoid your establishment."

"Order on the app estimated delivery was 108 minutes nothing close to what I ordered. Spent 45 minutes on the phone to finally get somebody to answer and was told I need to bring the pizzas back and totally screwed up dinner. Customized for extra sauce and almost none on pizzas"

"This is not the first time this has happened. We placed an order for pizza online and was given a pick up time (40min). When we arrived to pick our food up we were informed they hadn't even started our order to come back in an hour! When we finally got our food it wasn't even the correct pizza we ordered!"

"The reason I am giving them 5 stars is that the 2 young staff members working had to quickly improvise as an employee did not show up tonight. They are working extremely hard. They should get bonuses. If it was not for the quick adjustments and hard work I witnessed, I would have given it a 1 star. They were so busy they could not answer phones, which is why my calling 1/2 hour before I arrived never was answered. This location needs more employees and they need corporate to help them. Based on other low scores it is obvious something is not right at this location. Thank you to the young people that helped me tonight. Update...was told 40 minutes for pizza today on the phone. Went into the store and then was told 1 hr 30 minutes... then they canceled it. I will never step foot in this place for food again!"

"Today I was headed to my son's football game in St Joseph Missouri. I unfortunately am on crutches and forgot that fact once I got into the the store. I must say, I received excellent customer service and the employee that helped me went above and beyond to help me since I foolishly forgot I was on crutches and could not get everything I needed. I want to say that I appreciate her customer service and help and I definitely will come to this Casey's location when I am around. Thank you!"
