"I received a hearing exam from Beltone for several years before actually needing hearing aids. A friend was skeptical of their exam, thinking they only wanted to sell hearing aids, so I got another exam by an audiologist. The tests had the exact same result. Matt Presley has been most helpful and the hearing aids work great. I have 6 kids that I see regularly. I finally had to tell them I got hearing aids after months. They were shocked! Lol!"

"Bradley's presentation and discussion of issues was thorough and informative. I expected to, as the flyer stated, receive the evaluation and given the opportunity to use them for three weeks, at which time I would provide feedback of my experience and given the opportunity to purchase them "at a greatly reduced rate". I had not read the "small print" on the flyer I had received, and at the end of the presentation, however, I was told about the small print stating "Fully refunded deposit may be required.", and found that the deposit was in fact the purchase price. A large financial decision would be required before I would be allowed to use them for the trial period. There was no mention of the "greatly reduced rate". I suggest the flyer be modified to state: "You must purchase them to use them for the trial period, after which you can get a full refund if you do not wish to keep them.""
