"Called to confirm yesterday to make sure everything was set up. When didn’t show up after being 15 minutes late I called to see what happened to driver. They said they would look into why driver didn’t come. Had flat tire but didn’t call to tell me that. They could send another driver but not for 20 minutes which would make us over an hour late for appointment. Told them not to come as doctor couldn’t take me. Will not be using this company again."
"First experience is sometimes last experience…at least a lasting one! You can count on docks to be consistently late/unpunctual. Same day pick up and drop off- each late by an hour- consistent I am glad that the physician was accommodating God bless"
