"Updating to remove yet another star since this review clearly hasn't made a difference. If your trucks sound like that normally, get them fixed. This is getting ridiculous. If you are a business looking to hire this service and you are in a residential area, don't. Your neighbors who may have been excited about your project at one time, will surely dislike it by the end because you hired a business who is inconsiderate and unprofessional with the way they operate their vehicles. Original review: I cannot say how great they are at hauling and excavating. I can only speak about their unprofessional use of the Jake brake. Driving through a flat residential area where you can't be going more than 30mph (especially since there's a stop sign just down the block from where they came from). There's no need to use it once, let alone the several times they did pulling into the Botanical Gardens and turning around. Every time they would slow down they used the Jake brake. It's 7:30am. People live here. It's inconsiderate."

"I live in Shaw/There is road work being done on Klemm so your diesel trucks were idling by my house waiting to be be called to empty their loads. I was experiencing bad headaches for a weekso called the gas company to check for leaks. They checked/said no but chances are diesel exhaust was the culprit. So I talked to one of your drivers-told him my situation. He said he understood & wouldn’t idle next to my house anymore…also said he would talk to the other drivers. No more issues-thank you! Kindness is appreciated!!! BACK TO ASPHYXIATION so took off 2 stars-please stop shooting diesel fumes into my yard & house"

"I live on Connie Rd where there are a lot of new homes being built. Today one of your driver/operators cleaned the entire street. He worked his fanny off doing this! Kudos to him and the standard he showed the other companies who did not do this! GREAT JOB!"
