"Hired Phillip c. Strozier with PK Law Group back in February 2023 to handle my medical malpractice claim. He is a nice person but greatly lacks in follow up. Weeks without a returned e-mail, slow responses with liable parties insurance company and inaccurate information given to the insurance co demand letter. It does not take 7 months to perform what little correspondence that took place between Mr. Strozier and the liable parties insurance company. A sense of urgency was lacking in my situation especially when I was left disabled due to the negligence of the doctor. My life as been destroyed due to the malpractice and on top of it waisting 7 months with the wrong attorney."
