"I've faced numerous challenges with this dealer in relation to my 2019 Genesis. Initially, Toni was my advisor who dismissed my concerns about smoke and an unpleasant odor emanating from the front hood, attributing it casually to paint underneath the car. Dissatisfied, I requested to speak with a manager during a subsequent visit. The manager noted my issues and requested another inspection, during which they finally identified a faulty front gasket covered under warranty. However, a week after the supposed fix, I received no callback, despite expectations. When I called, I was informed that the part had arrived, and I allegedly had an appointment (though I received no call, email, or text notification). Despite these communication lapses, I brought in my car for the replacement, which was completed swiftly. Regrettably, the problem persisted. Smoke and a foul smell persisted from the front, prompting me to seek assistance from Hyundai Saint Charles. Thankfully, they accurately identified and replaced the leaking part, resolving the issue. This disappointing experience isn't isolated, and despite raising concerns during "customer satisfaction" calls, my feedback seems to be disregarded. I've decided not to return, given the apparent lack of attention to customer issues."
