"Today I was very happy to come to cash America pawn. The customer service was excellent when I enter the store I was greeted very friendly. The assistant manager Tresure was so nice. I had a problem with my, bracelet an she assisted me. This store is my number one shopping for jewelry. I have been coming for years, an I will continue to shop an I will recommend others to shop."

"They are supposed to give you a courtesy call the day before your pawn is due to give the customers a chance to retrieve your item but when you have crooks working there plotting on certain customers items you won’t get that call and before you know it. Your stuff is gone. Supposedly sold already coincidental. Yeah right. Go to a better shop who treasures your business."

"Worst place I’ve ever been. I had several electronics i wanted to give away for whatever value since I’m moving to a new place. It was too heavy. My sister had helped me pack it all in a box and helped me lift it in the car and she went to work. I was by myself so I thought somebody would help me in the store that worked there .Wrong!!!! He declined and the man spoke to me very rude and asked me to bring it one by one and take it back . The other customer/friend he was helping started sneering. that’s how ridiculous he was. He didn’t even take the time to come and help nor fix his attitude. Disgusting excuse of a man. Can’t believe there are humans like this. Never again!"

"I know it's a pawn shop but customer service does not exist. Staff standing around talking to each other while customers (about 6 of us) are waiting to be helped. I suppose they don't want my $$$. Update: I went across the street to First Cash Pawn. They were happy to exchange two items for cash."

"If you have sentimental items DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE! About I year ago my wedding ring was forfeited on. Because they put a Center stone in it without my consent the buy back was higher. One manager put it in a safe until my return the next day so that I could get an additional 100.00. I informed him I would be back but I had to work. I did go back the next day as I gave my word I would to only learn a different manager had taken my ring out of the safe and out in the floor due to some big sale. NO APOLOGIES OR ANYTHING. He could have contacted the buyer and explained their error and did whatever necessary to recover it. The manager was nonchalant about the whole thing and the original manager was at another location for the day. No regards to life's turn of events at all!"
