"It is very pleasant to visit this store! The people there are some of the most kind and helpful people I have came across. My son collects Pokemon cards and when we visit they will ask him questions and go out of their way to help him get what he is looking for. I do not visit many other Gamestop locations and I am sure they are great, however I will always shop at the Arnold location because of their thoughtfulness!"

The employee who helped me went WAY above and beyond for me, and I am grateful for the level of service I received regarding my pro points I was trying to redeem. In order to resolve my issues she spent 30 minutes on the phone getting everything worked out and I left a very happy lady!! Best game stop around!!
