"Booked a load with Lindsey Sadenwasser, she sent me the load, after 30 minutes when my driver was at the shipper she calls me and tells me that she will have to send me the load with a lower rate since another carrier booked it on online for the lower rate so in order for me to stay on the load she needs to send me the load with a lower rate.Not professional at all!!!"

"Did one load with this place. They are very unprofessional, shady and con artists. Stay away. I am still waiting on an updated RC for detention on a load that delivered to $ General in S. Boston VA a week ago. They have lied and said it will take two weeks to get it approved when they have not even sent the request in to them. My agreement is with the supposed to be broker not $ General and they tracked the load, know the driver was there on time and are still playing games. Find a broker with integrity."

"Unprofessional, con artists, low down as they come. They fail to do their job then blame you for their mistakes. Drivers don't do business with them or you'll regret it. I literally drove over an hour to pick up one of their loads that the shipper notified them that it was canceled and instead of telling me it was canceled they sent me to pick up the load then refused to pay the tonu and stated it was my fault. If you do business with them you'll surely regret it!!!"

"Booked the load with Daniel Grant. The shipping hours on the rate con 7am till 10:30PM. Driver got there at 8:30pm, shipper is closed. Calling them, emailing them no luck since Friday. Tuesday I got a hold of them, asking for a TONU . Daniel goes to me that driver had to be there till 9pm (per hour phone conversation). Sent him the prove ( the pic of the logs), he gets back to me saying that his manager Matt Helm refusing to pay us, since they didn’t know on time that load wasn’t picked up. Drove the deadhead of 150miles to find out that this broker doesn’t know how to do business. Don’t waste your time!"
