"We hired this carrier for one of my daily lanes, a lane in which has never given me an issue from any other spot carrier before. Their driver didn't want to communicate even though it was clearly specified to the dispatcher was a requirement before booking the load. This resulted in problems with my customer because their driver failed to properly secure the commodity or take the required pictures needed before leaving my shipper. To top it off, they took over 24 hours to send a POD which was needed immediately. Do not have them do a load for you! I'm a small brokerage with my own warehouses and no 3rd parties at all, this type of bad work hurts me directly."
