"Office staff was unfriendly and clearly couldn’t be bothered by us. Also, did not disclose income requirements before a 3 hour drive of wasted time. Left before touring."

"We scheduled an appointment to tour online and when we arrived the office was closed. We received multiple confirmation emails telling us to come in at 3:00pm, including one 2 hours prior. While waiting, someone arrived to unlock the office and asked what we were doing there. When we informed him that we had scheduled a tour, he asked if we'd done it online. We had scheduled it through email correspondence with their office. He said that was the problem, they aren't open on Sundays, and that no one would be coming for the tour. Waste of my weekend. We've crossed them off our list of potential places to rent, and I suggest you do the same."

"I've lived here for over a year and my only advice, DON'T MOVE HERE. Between atrocious apartments and a joke for a staff. These apartments have roaches and are just an eyesore. To top it off our rent went up AGAIN, and as of March they are switching to full paperless, meaning they don't accept paper checks. Which in turn forces us residents to pay an extra online fee for zero extra labor. This place sucks. Good luck getting someone in the office to answer the phone. Now they're trying to throw in a late fee because they weren't at the office to receive the check even though their hours posted that they were open. We have paid rent on that day multiple times before, now they're trying to change the story and say the lease says the 3rd. Don't respond to my review if you're not going to do anything about it then lie when I talk to staff in person. You won't be receiving the $90 dollar late fee, we give you leeches almost $1500 a month for just 700 something square foot of an apartment complex that could almost pass as a homeless shelter."

"I'd give this 0 stars if I could. When my fiance and I moved out, we were served court notices stating that we had been evicted and were being charged. But we had been moved out for multiple months, living in another state by then! We also had not renewed our lease and were living there on a 'month-to-month- basis. When we appeared in court, the charges were dropped. We thought this would be the end of it, then they sent the 'damages' to collections! This has ruined both our credit scores and is frustrating, considering we were moved out when the false eviction was served. Our former roommate had been paying rent and was planning to renew his lease, but was removed first. When we lived there, the apartments were filthy and roach infested. Not to mention we also ended up with a bed bug infestation that was ignored until mentioned to their pest control directly. Management refused to answer our calls and would threaten us multiple months with eviction. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE"

"I am a current resident and DO NOT recommend this place to anybody. I moved here blindly from California due to school so I wasn’t able to do any kind of tours prior to moving in. First, issue is the apartment is very cheaply made a lot of the cabinets are broken and cracked, the running boards on the floor are not all the way sealed so you can see gaps, the A/C is very outdated and terrible. My neighbor smokes (I don’t really care) however she throws her cigarette butts everywhere, in the bushes out front and I even find them right in front of my front door and she doesnt clean them. Water spots on the ceiling, and most importantly are the cockroaches. I’ve never had cockroaches and I move in here and like magic I have them now. Since I moved in, in July of this year I’ve been dealing with cockroaches. I’ve requested pest control to come and fumigate but they take a very very long time to show up and when they do they’re gone in like 10 seconds. Yet the issue continues. I have had pest control show up 3 times now and it’s not getting any better. I have also requested maintenance to fix an issue with my toilet but after weeks of not showing up I ended up buying the replacement parts myself and fixing the toilet on my own. The app to create service request and pay rent is awful, slow and seems like it was made when apps first started being created and never updated again. I rented this place because I needed somewhere to live and at the time the other apartments in the area were way to expensive. However, looking back I regret picking this place and I’ll rather dish out the extra money for a much better place. Because this place is a joke. Don’t move here and if you do good luck. I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can leave this place and never come back. Legitimately trying to file with the Better Business Bureau because this place needs some intervention."
