"Maintenance has done a great job at being pretty timely with my requests and if I’m not home, they always leave a note to tell me they’ve come by to fix the issue which great reassurance. Jeff was very kind and respectful while we were home! I’ve never had that at any other apartment complex I’ve lived at."

"Bernard was fast and efficient! And respected the fact I was working from home which was huge for me! Not sure what his pay is but make it more! Now the complex themselves took awhile to get it completed, however I understand there is some transitioning and due to being in a lease…..I can only trust the process."

"The new management that took over a few months ago is the worst I have ever seen so beware. They do not fix anything or even respond to work orders for months. My daughter son in law and 2 little ones live there and the washer lost all power over 2 months ago Maintenance man put in an order for new one over 2 months ago and nothing has been done. This complex has a VERY limited number of washers and dryers compared to number of apartments. They also have a work order in for the broken toilet and beeping smoke detectors and these orders never addressed in over a month. They will not answer the phone at the office and do not respond to emails. They clearly do not care about their tenants. A working washer and dryer is part of rent paid and while rent is way too high for this place anyway now my kids have to pay extra to wash their clothes since 4 washers is not enough for an entire complex and are never open. Renters beware as this new management is terrible at everything except raising rent and taking your money. They do not communicate do not keep up with broken items in the units or keep any promises. I can't wait until my kids can get out of there."

"Worst place you can possibly live. The new owners seem better, but they are actually worse. They talk nicer what makes it better. They will not get anything fixed in the apartment. 6 months with no dryer, asking them every week to fix it. 7 months with no washer, and after fixing it, the maintenance guy said we wouldn’t be able to wash more than half load each time. Grass absolutely disgusting because neighbors don’t clean after their dogs. Pool gross, very dirty and most of the time it is closed because of that. Dog parks dirty as well. Cabinets falling apart and nobody fix them. And they definitely don’t make it easy to move out either. It is a good place if you definitely don’t have another choice like I didn’t."
