"I lived here about 3 years ago, so take it with a grain of salt, but I was looking around for apartments again and noticed that recent reviews have stated similar things to what I experienced, so I'm putting this here as it seems important to let people know that a lot of issues with bugs and other tenants has been a prolonged issue. For the entire length of my stay, the entire building was infested with roaches. That said, I definitely recall management trying to rectify the problem and people came to spray regularly, though outside of replacing traps, it felt like the problem warranted a lot more in terms of clearing the building as a whole. I don't recall too many maintenance issues, but the man in charge at the time always seemed prompt and wasn't afraid to just replace our stove when it stopped working which I greatly appreciated. I can't imagine she is still there, but neighbors were also an issue that finally pushed us to move out. Just a completely insane woman who would not only stand out on the walkway and scream and yell at the air for HOURS on end, but would also leave disgusting trash directly on our doorstep. Calling the police did nothing and we had enough so we moved out. As for management, we didn't interact with Kim too much, but it never felt like they were simply ignoring us. Maintenance always showed up relatively quickly and fixed our issues, so there was never much to complain about in that regard. I definitely wish my current apartment management were as quick as this place was."

"I lived here after college from 2020 to 2021 and it was a horrible experience. My neighbors were always screaming at each other and the police got involved several times. I had the maintenance guy come and repair my sink while I was on vacation. He stole from my unit and after I wrote a complaint, they still kept him hired (his name is Rob). I also did not get most of my deposit back despite doing a deep clean before having left.. no parties, no pets, only me. Kim was the property manager at the time and seemed to do minimal in keeping tenants happy."

"DO NOT Rent here. Kim was an awful property manager. I started having leaks in my apartment when I moved in and it took several months to repair. Everything I put maintenance required several request before she would fix it There was black mold coming in through a/c unit. It was never addressed. My walls, refrigerator had the black mold in it. I was very sick from this, Kim never tried to replace the unit. They installed a new refrigerator kind-of. They never installed the handle and it took a few weeks to take the old one away. I ended up moving it out of my apartment. It stood empty on the apartment porch I texted Kim to have it removed because it was hazardous for children. She had no clue how to manage a property. Kim is vindictive and charge ME over 900.00 for repairs after I moved out. I am suing the property owners for all mentioned above and even more. I'm warning you. Go someplace that actually cares about tenants. Kim only sees dollars. Once you are in she turns a back on you."

"I lived here for a little over a year. This was a wonderful stepping stone place for my family. I had no where to go and Inge worked with me to get me into my apartment. When I had a seizure the day I moved in she made sure to check on me. She was very supportive while I was pregnant and even asked about my son after I moved. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is a few little things in the apartment. Nothing big! I never had any issues with bugs, mold, or the apartment being unclean. I only had 2 maintenance issues and they were handled very quickly. The neighbors are noisy but I never made a complaint so that's on me. None of the light switches go to any lights and the kitchen is small which is my only negative but I knew that going in. A little pricey for the size but Johnson county is expensive. All in all I highly recommend these apartments!"

"Great place. I moved in last June and the apartments have been improving ever since. They are renovating the laundry rooms right now. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven’t had to contact them for much, but when I do it’s resolved within a day or two. I highly recommend checking it out. In regards to the previous reviews stating there is mold and mildew, I have none. And as for the roaches, I have not seen any in 3 months now. They implemented a very thorough program to get rid of them, and it has worked in my building."
