"I have worked with them twice now and they have had an attitude both times. This time I chose to have my buyer close at a different title company that I regularly work with a mile down the road. After I sent the contract to them and told them we are going through another company, they still questioned if the buyer was closing there. So this morning the listing agent had dropped the keys off there and I went to pick them up to close down the street at 10 am. It was 9 o'clock and they wouldn't release the keys to me. I would have to make two trips to this place. I am retired military and my standards of honesty and integrity are the upmost. Finally the listing agent called them to release the keys. Not sure why they had keys to drop off, the house has combo lock doors all around. My apologies to the front desk lady. It's not her fault, just the company. I won't be doing business with them again."

"Please do NOT do business with this company!! They let us close on a house that had a $50,000 lein on it, stated on our title commitment page that the lein would be taken care of by closing but it was not and let us close anyway without disclosing that they did not in fact take care of it and stopped communicating with our realtor and our loan officer, most unprofessional business I have EVER dealt with, we had to use another title company to figure out the mess, it is my mission to get their license revoked so they don't do this to another family!!"
