"I've gone here several times without issue, but this last time seemed a bit different. The gentleman that helped me with my package seemed very rushed. He also didn't seem to care about what I was telling him when speaking with him about my package. It was such an off experience that I even mentioned it to my husband when I got home. A few days later, I checked the tracking on what I had shipped and noticed that there hadn't been any updates. After calling the store, my information was passed along to their claims department. I said, "does this mean that my package is lost?" To which the store representative replied, "it might be". As it turns out, my package was lost (probably in the store) and never even made it to the delivery truck. Unfortunately, I will be doing business elsewhere from now on. The whole experience just wasn't customer-friendly, and the outcome is proof."

I recently had the pleasure of having Twyla assist me with shipping 3 packages. She has assisted me in the past and she is an absolute delight. She is so friendly, professional and extremely competent. She provided exemplary service. She is a great asset to the UPS store and she makes the customer feel valued. I plan to continue shipping all of my packages from this UPS store."

"Busy busy busy location. The staff are nice and speedy. I hope some day that this location gets a self-checkout kiosk but may not have the space. A couple of notes: • The patrons, however, are pretty rude. I feel bad for the staff, especially during the busy times of year such as now. • The parking lot is hard to get into because a certain chicken sandwich restaurant has a line that takes up the entire road, but this isn't the fault of UPS."
