"I was quoted a price of $97 monthly after paying ridiculous rates elsewhere. Upon receiving my first bill I was charged $127. When I contacted the company for help with my issue, nobody got back with me for over 2 weeks. Heather told me she had been in an accident, but that she would help me get the issue resolved. Upon sending in further requested documents I was then told that I had passed the deadline for said documents.. and that my rate would now stay at the higher price. I attempted again to fix it with no luck and was given the total run around. And due to the lack of professionalism I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Not that this company even cares, but I switched to someone that does!! I will NEVER refer someone to this place!! Telling people one thing to get them to to do business with you, then doing something else is bad business. Good luck with that!!"
