"Terrible customer service, they will lie to you every chance they get Examples: Deliver an electric dryer said they couldn’t do it due to a shut off (again it’s electric) When I called they said the only day they area in my area is Tuesdays (they delivered it on a Friday) Wait over a week said they couldn’t do it needed a new work order, when I called back they said no that they would be there that day between 12 and 4 this was at 1 PM. Come 4 o’clock no one has showed up I called back to be told oh no the truck broke down and they can’t make because they only do it on Tuesdays. So we went from an electric dryer needing shut off valve. To we need a new work order to The truck broke down so my suggestion is just don’t use them still don’t have a dryer"

"-10 stars This company is unconscionable! All day I received texts telling me where I was in line to receive my refrigerator delivery. Hours later I received an email saying I am 2nd in line now. An hour later they called and said they were not delivering my refrigerator because it was too cold. The forecast had not changed since yesterday, when a cancellation would have been feasible. We completely emptied our refrigerator, moved it out from the wall, turned the water off, and stayed home all day when there was a death in my family where we should have been instead. Apparently they made seven other deliveries then decided it was too cold. Then they lied and said my driveway was not clear which I have pictures dated to prove that was untrue. Horrible, horrible people you would never want inside your home delivering anything!"

"I just listened to a lady named dee over the phone speaking with one of my employees! I was shocked and disappointed at the way she spoke. Rude would be an understatement. Bad day or not something better needs to be done to train her how to be more professional. We are just starting out with this company and I just hope that this isn't a glimpse of what's to follow! Dee needs to do better and stop speaking to potential employees as of they are juveniles or one that needs to be talked down to."

"Very unprofessional and unclean during this pandemic. Worst job experience ive ever had to endure. They do not care about the drivers, I was promised my own truck by recruiter, but had to drive the spare truck with half a million miles on it. The truck was not cleaned nor sanitized prior to me having to use it, but other trucks were being cleaned and sanitized by a third party. They wasted a hour and a half of my drive time, dispatch does the same thing day in and out but couldn't fix a dispatch issue and I was forced to sit at the shipper for a hour and a half. Dispatch don't appreciate the fact that the drivers delivering freight, are the reason they get a paycheck. They discriminated against me for two weeks until I had enough and decided it's best to count my losses. I hope this helps someone down the line. In all honesty Im sure that HUB Group is a good company to work for, but the Liberty terminal staff is one match short of a dumpster fire"

"Quit after 4 days due to misinformation from the recruiter about the job hours/schedule and also because they have cameras facing you as you drive that i was never informed about. In 4 days i made $1600 after taxes and the $450 deduction for my physical so the money was great. Theres a quote from Benjamin Franklin that basically sums up my thoughts on this company "If you trade a small amount of liberty for a small amount of security in the end you will have neither." Recruiter told me the position was local and 10 hour shifts Mon-Fri. Ended up being a team driving gig working 30 hour shifts and my scheduled days off were Wednesday and Sunday....."
