"We order from several Sonics around town because we live in the middle, not close to any. This was our first and last visit to this location. The others around KC northland, including the one north of this one in Liberty, are all great. We ordered 6 drinks through the mobile app. 1 was entirely missing (so one child was understandably upset), 2 "with nerds" (an upcharge) had barely any (I saw zero when they are normally easily visible and abundant, but my kids said there was "like 5" - a big difference from the other locations), and the peanut butter bacon shake had zero pieces of bacon or bacon flavoring per my husband. Our order was more wrong than right! Unfortunately, I was alone at pickup so I didn't notice until getting all the way home and unloading groceries. I would advise driving to any other location if you want to recieve what you actually request. Thankfully, there are plenty of other wonderful Sonics that are worth a little extra driving compared to this."

"Every place is getting expensive and Sonice is not exempt from that. Still, I have an issue pay $30 for a fast food meal for 2. Additionally, make sure you double check that your burger doesn't have mayo on it if that is what you want. We asked for that, but of couse it was ignored. Overall, not a great experience."

"Just pulled out. We ordered around 7. At 7:27 (after we talked to somebody around 7:15) we were brought a melted shake and cold food (a corn dog, a burger, and a md fry). When we explained that we just wanted fresh food the carhop responded like it was our fault. I used to be a carhop so I know it’s not always easy, but it was obviously lost in the chaos and sat on the line. You blamed the patient people that just wanted dinner after a 12 hour work day. Hope you think about whose fault it is next time."

"I've been coming to this sonic since we moved to liberty 6 years ago and the food is getting smaller and smaller but more expensive every day. THIS is a $5 burrito. It's the size of my palm. Either employees looked at that and thought to themselves "yep. That's a $5 burrito" or their management told them to make it like that to save money. Absolutely ridiculous."
