"They have no drive through. You have to go there and walk in and pick up in a tiny crowded parking lot full customers at other restaurants (if you can find a spot). No one wants to deal with that. And they do not deliver even 2 miles away. Why does this location exist? In 4 states this is the worst JJs I've seen."

"I had an interaction with one of your cashiers, whose behavior was concerning. The cashier, whose name I did not catch, appeared to be on her phone the entire time while attending to customers, including myself. This behavior left me feeling unattended to and undervalued as a customer. I believe that the use of mobile devices during work hours can be distracting and unprofessional, especially when it results in a lack of attention to customers. As a loyal customer of your store, I was disappointed by this experience and wanted to bring it to your attention."

"Okay - we have been stopping at this place every time we drive from Springfield to Desmoines. I tried to leave feedback back at the website 3 TIMES - and kept getting error messages. Visit 12-19-2022 Tkr 643 Reg#2 Chk# 110 Im the only customer in there and with 3 people behind the counter - I could NOT believe how long it took to make 2 sandwiches. I paid $2 extra - CHECK OUT THE CHECK NUMBER for bacon on my wife's Turkey sandwich. We get in the car and are driving off - and NO BACON - PLEASE SEE PICTURES. I have not made the effort to leave feedback 3 times for this to be a made up story. We will figure something else out for meals when we make this drive next time."

"First and Last time ordering from here. They delivered my order with a soda not full and no straw. He actually said "Do you really need a straw?" Then as I'm eating the sandwich (Sandwich looked good) I bite into 2 rock hard chunks of bone. I shouldn't be stabbing myself in the gums to bite into a sandwich. Freaky fast, freaky terrible. Edit: Spoke with the manager he acted like he didnt care."
