"Beware! Doug, the property manager will not answer his phone or return security deposit. He refuses to give owner's contact information. Unfortunately, we are having to take legal action after several months. Update: I am a real person and you just spoke to me on the phone. As mentioned, we do have texts to show that you said you sent the deposit. You did not. Also, we do have a copy of the lease, including the pet deposit that you mentioned was not paid. It was paid. There was no damage We have copies of the check to prove it. Please just return the deposit."
