"Room dirty all the way around with an uncomfortable bed. Had construction and a dumpster right outside the door with noise all day even though plenty of open rooms away from the beating and banging right above our room. I paid a cleaning fee to be charged an extra 150 at time of check in for having my 4 pound yorkie with me with that surprise charge. Then tells me my dog must be in a cage anytime I leave the room at check in and never mentioned it to me before. Stated they may come in your room to check if your dog is in a cage or not and if not charged another 150 fee. I wouldn’t return to this resort if it was free and while we were there the pool was closed. So decided to try and go to the other pool that is outside and it had empty beer bottles everywhere and a drunk man peeing in the outside pool with staff standing there doing nothing about it. The rooms only have one of any kitchen pots or pans, so cooking is next to impossible. When no security at the entrance gate can sit there 15 mins for the line since the prompt is not easily understood. Don’t bother hitting the help button that rings front desk they don’t answer.I called asked compare to contact me which they said they would in 7-10 days. No call yet been waiting since the day I left which was September 10/2023."

"We stayed in a condo C4 at the View for the last 3 nights. Other than noise from the the upstairs tenant, we had a great time! Beautiful condo, well appointed and modern. Very spacious with all the amenities. Great view of Table Rock Lake! Highly recommend this location. We found it on VRBO and rates are very reasonable for a two bedroom. 14 miles to Silver Dollar City via 265. Close to Hollister and Highway 76. Will be back at some point!!!"

"Stayed in C4 at Emerald Point Resort. Mark went out of his way to secure us a condo stay for 2 nights. Balcony overlooking Table Rock lake was perfect for relaxation and enjoying morning coffee. Everything you need is provided for preparing meals, beds are comfy, very clean. Staff incredibly helpful answering questions and looking after needs. Definitely will go back!"
