"Terrible experience! First time renter of large machinery, and not ONCE was it mentioned I needed to purchase insurance. During the phone quote, I was told insurance was included in the rental with a $1,000 deductible. It was locked up and had to be worked on for me to even pull it out. Fast forward, an accident happened with damage. My homeowners said they would pay the deductible, but now rental supply says I had no insurance through them. $18,500 due to them immediately or threats of more charges. Will not answer about being told insurance was included. I paid it. Do not recommend, especially for a woman!"

"I had a wonderful experience renting from RS. I rented a cherry picker/engine hoist for one day on a Thursday, and the buyer of my items was unable to make it that afternoon. I quickly called RS and asked if I could return it, and pick it up another day, and they told me I was free to keep it until Monday if that would help, no extra charge. Good people here. Thank you for the extension of kindness. Cherry picker worked out nice too!"

"I run a tree service, when my skidsteer had to go to the shop, I needed a machine quick! I decided to try rental supply for the first time and the whole experience was great from start to finish. I've now rented 3 times from them with same results. Great rental prices, easy to work with, no b.s., equipment is great working order, the staff is knowledgeable and understanding. I rented a machine for a day, only ended up using the machine for an hour, they gave me a discounted rate ! I highly recommend rental supply in republic mo for all your rental needs."
