"I’ve lived here for 6 months and it’s been great! I moved into a newly remodeled apartment and it’s been really nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood but it’s so nice to see the kids out riding their bikes. I had an issue with the toilet when I first moved in and they came to fix it the same day. So glad I found this place!"

"I desperately needed a place I could afford as a single mother in a safer city and I got that when I moved to Spring Hill Apartments. Lacy, the apartment manager, was very informative and always responsive from day 1. She always had a bubbly and positive energy and was always kind to me and my son. Our apartment was remodeled and nice and any maintenance issues I had, were handled within a reasonable time frame. There were fun apartment activities put on by management and I always appreciated that. I personally felt like Lacy went above and beyond for the residents. The only 2 things i could say I wasn't a fan of was, an issue with a lot of random kids running around who did not live in either of the 2 apartment complexes and very little kitchen cabinet space. I do know that management tried their best to control the random kids coming in and out and there's just only so much they could do."
