"I called the title company to check to see if my earnest money had been released, the lady said yes. I asked if my wife could come and get it and she said anybody can come and collect my check hopefully the right person gets it. I cannot believe they would let anybody walk in and collect a check that is mine without asking for ID or calling me first. She had the audacity to laugh about it too. Completely unprofessional and i will likely not do business here any more."

"Had a problem with my check clearing. It was on the the title company's bank. My check was returned (aka bounced). I called the week after closing. The lady who answered the phone said the money was received. After two weeks, I had called them back because I noticed the money hadn't come out of my account. I called Polk county title, they threatened to prosecute me. Had I not called and asked them why their bank rejected a good check, I would be in jail. That being said, they get the job done, just with subpar customer service."

"I was the last person of the day to have a closing on a Friday.. it was 4:00 p.m. and although all my documents were wrong due to my fault in my era.. they simply smiled corrected the problem within 15 minutes and my closing went smooth.. they even gave me one of their beautiful high-dollar pens... Beverages in a small refrigerator in the waiting lobby were free... Believe it or not they had amazing selection.hahaha"
