"Called to ask about some irons and the man who answered was the rudest person I've ever talked with. Wouldn't tell me his name and refused to let me talk with anyone else. Will never do business with them ever. Bought my clubs elsewhere."
"I needed to get my 8 and 9 iron fixed so I brought them into the store. Was potentially going to fix a couple others depending on how much it cost. I brought I brought all my clubs in and Josh was disinterested and acted as if I was bothering him. Decided immediately just to fix the 8 and 9 as they were pressing at the time and I’ll get the others fixed elsewhere. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Clubs were fixed great but you couldn’t pay me to deal with him or this location again."
"I'm in the market for a new set of irons. I walked into the shop. The young man sitting at the front desk was on his phone the whole time I was there. I looked around for about 15 minutes and finally decided he wasn't going to offer to help, or even ask me if I needed help. So, I left. Won't return."
"Bought online, but had questions which were answered timely and accurately. Shipping was fast and prices can't be beat. Bought a driver and 3 wood for the price of the 3 wood at other stores. Yeah! Packed well and arrived in great shape. I'll be checking these guys first from now on."
