"First time for me. The semi-precious jewelry is well priced. The store sells a lot of halter tops. Not my type of clients, but the jewelry and shoes are beautiful."

"I really like Versona, they have a lot of nice clothing for women, some casual, some dressy, business casual, you name it, they have it. They always have good sales as well - I always start with their clearance rack first just to browse and make sure there isn't something I can't live without! They also have a great shoe and accessories section! Their prices are pretty reasonable, some things are a little pricey but the quality of the items I've purchased show me it's worth paying for. They also have a great return policy for when you don't feel like trying things on. You have 6O days to return with your receipt... even sale items so that is helpful, especially during Covid when the dressing rooms were closed. The dressing rooms are NOW OPEN so that is pretty helpful if you're comfortable doing that in store. The one thing I don't care for is the consistency in sizes. I never know what size to get, even in the items that are all Versona brand. It makes it hard to shop bc if I do have to bring something back bc its too big or too small, they don't usually have it to exchange when I do go back. They sell a ton of items so if you like it, you better grab it while you're there."

"I was looking for a new purse and decided to go in on Monday May 10th, after the Mother's Day weekend rush. I am quite partial to this location, as I was one of the managers who helped open this store when it first joined the Promenade and have been a retail manager for years. My daughter and I arrived shortly after the store opened around 10:30 and were the only ones in the store. There was only one person working. She never greeted us or engaged in any way. No eye contact or anything. At one point we were standing right next to her in the clearance section as she was putting new clearance apparel out. We left the store without making a purchase, but returned a few hours later to make a purchase of a handbag I had seen while shopping earlier that morning. The same girl that didn't speak to us, was the one at the register when I made the purchase. She replied "You decided to come back and get it?" - so she clearly saw us on our earlier visit and paid enough attention to know that I returned. I didn't say anything, I was so upset and at that point had nothing good to say. I hated to even go back and make the purchase after being treated that way. I'm floored that this is the kind of customer service that exists. I will likely never go back! Extremely disappointed!"

"Boutique type Atmosphere without Boutique prices. Majority of clothes (not on sale) run around $39, majority of accessories (not on sale) run around $25-$30. Large Sale section for bargain opportunities. Friendly greeting from employees at the door. Nice sturdy bags for your purchases. Accessories were wrapped and carefully placed in the bag. Well done."
