"While the dress choices are great; the girls working were quite rude. Didnt acknowledge us as we came in, when I asked if we could start a fitting room (with like 8 prom gowns on my arms) they told me I could pick a room. They didn’t once offer to help. They were too busy with a friend in the only other room with a customer. Very poor service."

"Went in about an hour and a half before close to find a pageant dress for my sister, since we live an hour away and couldn’t make it earlier. One of the staff members continuously approached the dressing rooms to remind us they were closing, and then the final time decided to add in that I was not allowed to be in the dressing room to help her try on the dresses. Each time she seemed obviously annoyed that we were still in the building within the last hour of business. The young lady that checked us out was very sweet, but her coworker was a different story!"
"Horrible customer service! We live over an hour away and my sister had been trying to help find a bridesmaid dress for my daughter for my upcoming wedding. She thought that she found one that would work good for her but when she brought it home, the color looked off with the other dresses. It's barely been 3 weeks and they said they won't give her money back even with the receipt and will only do store credit but we have to do it by day 30. They really give off a strong vibe that they don't care about their customers."
