"As of January, 2023: No maintenance, no onsite manager, no upkeep being done, building has not been vacuumed or cleaned for at least two YEARS, leaking ceilings, no groundwork upkeep other than mowing, i.e.trees not trimmed, mulch in parking lot for approximately 6 years, carpets in deplorable condition, windows do not open and not insulated, consequently very cold in winter & hot in summer, water and wastewater bill charged through an out of state facility as opposed to being billed from city department. Greystone Place has deteriorated greatly in the past ten (10) years! Very sad as it was once considered the nicest apartment building in the area."
"I lived there for 3yrs.nice apt.plenty of storage.Mine was off lobby,near front door. Downside was I had 2 windows that faced brick wall.Couldn't see out, only 1 door. I felt confined, anytime I opened my door, there was usually ppl walking by or sitting in front of my door ,at the tables set up for Social events. Several times wkly. music,bingo,birthday cakes. etc.Most enjoyed this, Personally I did not. I wanted privacy, and more quiet. Pretty bldg.loads of history, mostly nice ,friendly, neighbors.I needed my Space.:-)"
