"If I could give 0 stars, I would. My late husband opened an account here. I am trying to get bank statements and close out his account. The staff won't help me despite telling multiple times that I don't have the documents they are asking for, despite showing the letters of administration and death certificate of my husband. I have been trying to do this 2 years. "We can't do anything." is the blunt answer I have received 5 times. "Our policies have not changed." Even after I told that I have to the submit the bank information in the court, the staff member won't help me. This would be the worst bank to create an account in, should your loved one pass away out of the blue and you don't find everything this bank asks you for. They don't care an iota for what you are going through to survive. It is the same staff member who keeps refusing to help in any way. I have dealt with so many banks, of all ranges, after my husband passed away and every single one of them helped me in the transition after providing the death certificate and letters of administration. Worst bank ever...DON'T PUT YOUR HARD MONEY IN THIS BANK God forbid you end up in my situation and your family will never be able to withdraw it."

"They wouldn’t let me buy any of their half dollars or one dollar coins because they’re for the “holidays” even though I have been to other Central Banks and they have let me buy their half dollars and one dollar coins. I was literally told at a different Central Bank that the people working the lobby hate holding on to them and that they want people to buy them. I was even at the other Central Bank in Liberty and they let me buy half dollars and one dollar coins. It’s not like I was stealing anything either, I was going to buy them with my own money and return any that I didn’t need. It’s more frustrating when I can’t find anywhere on the Central Bank website about their policy on half dollar and one dollar coins and how this location out of all of them doesn’t allow you to buy them. If we can’t buy them, then there should be a sign both on the outside of the store and in the lobby that explains why you can’t buy half dollars or one dollar coins. Also the the clerk was super rude to me when she was explaining the situation which is ironic considering that Central Bank is known for their “customer service”. I’m never going to this Central Bank location ever again and this is coming from somebody who has an account with Central Bank."
