"They don’t provide a very good online experience. They are pretty prompt at responding to chats, but their responses leave you confused and there is not good follow-up from their staff. Even their survey links on your experience are broken. Their 1099 INTs always arrive late if you’re needing them for tax preparation. Otherwise, they do have a friendly on-site staff and the wait times inside are always fairly low."

"Not a fan since they switched the drive thru to machine-only. Of the 3 atms they have outside, 1 is out of service, 1 doesn't allow deposits, and 1 doesn't allow withdrawals."

"Antiquated online systems, long transfer times for accounts, and strange practices for paying off a loan. Trying to make the last payment on my auto loan, the online service instructs the customer to contact them, and they want to charge a fee to process payment over the phone. I'm not satisfied at all with their customer service, because when I stated "that's an awful policy" I was met with complete silence. I'd have felt better if the person on the other end just told me they didn't care at all. I'll be closing my account and avoiding this institution in the future."

"Doing business with Community America Credit Union is such a pleasure! Whether you visit the lobby, ATM or online they’ve made things incredibly easy to navigate, and for this 73 year old….that’s a HUGE plus! AND they support our Chiefs!!! It doesn’t get any better than that."

"I've had an account with this credit union for almost 25 years. I currently hold a Mortgage/Credit Card/Money Market/Checking and Savings with them and I've had auto loans as well. It was an amazing institution at one time and unfortunately I often find that it has done nothing but go down hill with its growth and success in the KC market place. Back in the day they would literally remove over draft charges for long term customers with no problematic history. These days they don't pay squat to save money with them and will quickly charge you more than you've made in 2 years on a money market account if you dip below whatever number they have in place. It's just sad how greedy a neighborhood credit union has got. They might be better than the big banks still but there's not much difference anymore. I would be hard pressed to recommend them over another at this point, they are basically the same now."
