"I have banked with Lead bank since they changed the name from Garden City bank. They have changed for the worse. No longer are they a community bank they have lost their roots. In the process of trying to become a fancy bank their customer service has become more of a joke. If you don’t have thousands of dollars run. Unless you want your account handled by a young kid that has no ability to make a decision. If you like games this is the bank for you. After 20 years I have called it quits. Good luck"

"BEWARE OF FRAUD!!! Much like the review farther down below, they allowed someone to fraudulently open an account in my name and I live 14 hours away from this place. They’re entirely unhelpful. You can’t speak to a person about it. They only let you email them. I emailed them on October 9th and I have never heard back. Trying to maintain my credit and buy a home and I have to deal with THIS. You all are fraudulent and should be ashamed of how you’re ruining people's credit and opportunity to buy a home. And don’t reply to this with a generic message like you did before. Show me that you take identity theft and identity verification SERIOUSLY and rectify this situation. I never opened an account with you, you don’t have my ID or signature. It was fraud on your end because you all let it happen."
