"We bought an above the ground pool in 2020 and had it delivered late 2020 and already need a new motor for the pump which is $500. Of course it’s Out of warranty …. They just told us this week they only last about 3 years ….. get your wallet out . That’s about all I can say about them at this point ."

I have been doing business with Vaughan Pools & Spas for over two decades so that our backyard pool (40x20x5) is perfect for our family’s use. Yearly chemical purchases are normal each February at a discounted price that cannot be beat. Pool water testing is a must at Vaughan and accomplished quickly and efficiently. We have had a liner replaced, plumbing reworked, purchased a winter cover, and had a sand filter and pump replaced by the exceptional professional employees of Vaughan that are efficient and respect my property. "Last year (like lots of folks) we decided to invest in our backyard, we have three young kids and figured a pool was a worth while investment. By word of mouth I called Vaughan after doing some other research and right away the service was very good. Bryan McClain answered every single question quickly and fully, and those he didn't have an answer for that moment he found and provided. Orders were backed up so we had to wait for everything to come in. Finally, we were able to break ground in July of 2021. Everything was going exactly as Bryan had said, the crew was friendly and great. Then it turned out that the manufacturer had sent in the wrong liner and that it would be at least 3 weeks and maybe longer to get a new one. We went from getting a few weeks of late summer pool fun to nothing in one email. Not fun. I reached out to Bryan and expressed frustration that the liner had been sitting in their shop for well over a month and that if we had known about the problem then, instead of now, we would already have the new liner and not be waiting. We resolved the issue with a simple compromise and Bryan then went over and above, got the liner form the manufacturer even faster than promised AND got them to give us an upgrade with a light. Once the liner came in the crew was out there immediately, things were set up and I was able to do a phone call to walk through the startup process with ease. Bryan and the entire crew did good work, but the SERVICE was exceptional. I'm sure you can get a cheaper pool, but I cannot imagine you can find one with better service and support."
