"Update: this originally was a 3 star review but I am now changing my review to a 2 star. We received a text from Marla stating that we needed to deleted our Blink ACCOUNT so that the buyers could set up the system. We deleted the system off of our account AFTER we un-synced the system from our account. To placate her, I deleted our Blink ACCOUNT and lost out on money we purchased our yearly subscription with. Again, we did not feel represented or that we had an agent. It felt like we were up against the buyer and their TWO agents. Marla and Bob assisted us with selling our first home in 2020, as well as purchasing our second home that same year. We were more than happy with them, and would have recommended them to anyone without hesitation. However, we just sold our second home with them and our experience with them this time around has been less than stellar. Both my husband and I felt like we were nothing short of annoyance to them. We felt like they were not a priority and that they had the buyers best interest in mind rather than ours. They were aware that we were moving out of state and waited until we were out of state to walk through the home. In fact, they waited until the day before closing to do so. Then texted us stating that there were issues that would cause the sale to fall through. Then Marla got snippy when we got upset. Once our home officially closed, we got no official call or a thank you for our business, nothing. Which is an extremely entitled and disappointing way to handle the ordeal. I do think Marla and Bob are both decent people, and wouldn’t necessarily misuse someone. However, my husband and I didn’t feel like we were a priority or even a concern of theirs. I continually went to my aunt, who is also a realtor (out of state), for advice because we heard nothing from Moreland unless we contacted them."

"I went to Dr Moreland for acupuncture. I have Alpha-Gal and knew it could help. After my first treatment I was able to eat beef!! I’m now able to eat anything without having a reaction. From there she went over how to get outlet home ready to sell. After doing the suggestions to our best ability she came over and put our home on the market. Our home sold with in 24 hrs and we were able to get the new one under contract in 48. Marla and her team are absolutely awesome and the best. If your looking to sell or buy I highly recommend them!"
