"They don't clean the rooms or outside the rooms like a motel should. Office lady threw my card over on the counter and office lady had a fit and said she will not exchange my dirty bedding for clean bedding every day thats only for people who pay day to day I spoke and said I do pay day to day."

"We had a lovely stay for two nights. The staff was wonderful. We asked for some extra towels and a hairdryer and they were very prompt about getting them for us. Everything was very clean!!"

"I went to the front desk in a panic! I couldn't find my bank card or my ID after checking in! T he gentlemen at the desk remained calm & assured me they'd check the security cameras. They were able to prove the cards had been returned. They were calm the entire ordeal despite the fact that I was completely freaking out. My cards were found, all ended up fine. The rest of the stay was wonderful. I would definitely stay again! were able to show me I had received"

"- no smoking room smelled very bad, and the sheets were clearly used in smoking rooms with cigarette holes and were generally pretty gross, one had a ton of different hairs everywhere and made me question whether it had been washed at all in the past week. Also a lot of hairs in other places too so clearly they don’t do good job cleaning. Pretty much everything in the room smelled gross. - smokers outside all the time so I hope you like the smell of cigarettes :) - the shower head was literally in the center of my back so have fun showering - many things were broken or in mediocre condition, like the toilet paper holder was broken and the shower didn’t seem to change temperature for me, but maybe I was just doing it wrong - very uncomfortable bed, good luck sleeping especially when it storms (thin door so you will be kept awake) - Also the wifi is a scam, it literally just doesn’t work at all and you can only google, it doesn’t let you do anything else - They also “temporarily” don’t serve breakfast due to the COVID-19 pandemic, even though that hasn’t been a big issue for a while. - The only 3 potential benefits to this place is that they have a lot of smoking rooms, they allow pets to some extent, and they’re cheap (you get what you pay for). If these things don’t interest you there’s really no reason to go here unless you hate yourself."

"This service was terrible. I stayed there for not even 10 minutes, saw stains on the sheets and the bathroom was dirty. When I called the front desk asking for a refund he said I could have a refund as long as I didn't use anything, which I didn't not having been there for that long. I asked for my refund and he went to check the room, which was understandable. He charged me $20 for there being a rinkle in the blanket on one of the beds. Then as I was about to leave saying "thank you for your help, have a nice day" He shushed me with a hand motion. Like, excuse me?? I would not recommend this place to anybody they have terrible service."
