"Dishwasher went out month ago and keep making excuses why they can't fix it. Poor management. Favoritism about who should and will keep animals on leash why other people's dogs run free."

"This apartment complex is beautiful, they have one and two bedrooms available, they have one front door coming out onto a patio. They have a huge kitchen huge bathroom huge laundry room and a master bedroom with an entryway into the bathroom a long hallway, and the living room is 16 1/2 x 9 that’s not including the hall. All doors in the apartments are wide wheelchair accessible. They have 12 foot ceilings modern lights, and they have lights in every closet. They have lights in the store room. In the two bedroom the bathroom is enormous complete with linen closet sink and toilet and closet for clothes, and a large shower with a bench. And they have a pocket door from the bathroom into the master bedroom. The laundry room is huge they come with a washer and dryer, I have a upright freezer in mine, and a rolling three compartment hamper in there. They have a large patio, and they take care of all the gardening yardwork, and it is just off of the Frisco Trail. They have a clubhouse, everybody has access to it 24 hours a day. In the clubhouse they have a computer room/lab and three large sitting tables for playing games they have a bar with four chairs looking into the kitchen. They have two sitting chairs with a large TV they have an exercise room with its own entrance. They rent for 595 a month for the two bedroom and 505 a month for the one-bedrooms. They handle all landscaping and when it snows or icy they have a crew that comes in and dices all the patios all the sidewalks in the complex and then they plow the driveway. You have to be 55 and older to live here. And you have to sign a lease to get in here. I love this place, oh I forgot to mention there is lighting under the kitchen cabinets three fluorescent tubes under the kitchen cabinets to see the counter better. They also have heat pumps with air conditioning and heating, lots and lots of cabinets in the kitchen they have modern refrigerators with an icemaker, and the only thing you have to pay here is electric, water, sewage. It comes with all appliances a modern refrigerator with icemaker arrange Palma 1600 W microwave, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. It is a beautiful place, across the road forest across the property woods at the other end of property woods the very nice setting, and it is only a year and a half old. Come see it for yourself all one level seven buildings right now and they handle all the trash. I can’t say enough nice things about this complex people are friendly, I know a lot of neighbors, it’s wonderful. Come check it out see for yourself."
