"Always new people here working, they always make you wait in line the young girl took the person in tube first seeing that I was next in line! Then they took my coupon when I dropped off my prescription and again the young girl wanted to charge me hundreds of dollar. I come out of my way to stay at this location even after our move. We have been coming here for years. I do NOT recommend this location to use as their pharmacy. They use to paper clip my debit card to their receipt which scratches my card up, they used to put a white piece of tape that was so hard to peel off!!! Lady or guy pharmacist was really rude threatening me! We will never come back to this location!! Worst experience ever! They like to inconvenience you! They are not friendly or helpful at this pharmacy! They deserve ZERO stars!!"

"Absolute worst customer service in their pharmacy department. Teenagers answering the phones are disrespectful, rude and hang up on customers. Apparently the fact they’re dealing with people’s health and their lives is lost on these people. Never again will I return to this CVS location full of people who don’t think consumers have choices."

"Store hours online show opening at 7am but the store does not open until 8am. How hard is it to make sure store hours are shown accurately online? Waste of time."

"Maybe it's just an extremely busy location with an overworked staff, but, oddly enough, any other CVS I go to in the area is actually helpful and polite. I'd recommend filling prescriptions at any other CVS in the area. Save yourself some headache, and maybe in the process help lighten their workload?"

"Went to pick up my prescription, and got helped by a girl with blue and purple hair. The prescription took forever because I guess she took a break or something in the middle of helping a 15 or so person line?? When we finally started moving again, because this lovely specimen decided to do her job, as we slowly inched through the store this unholy indescribably stench came upon us. Even 10 feet from the desk, I was nearly gagging, and my eyes were watering. Thank God the time of masks being required has passed, or I may no longer be with us to spin you this tale of terror. When I finally reached the desk, eyes burning with the stench, I realized it's coming from this poor girl, who is about as intelligent as a pet rock. Clearly her coworkers are too nice to say anything, because she actually left to hug one without permission at one point, and the other employee stated she had had enough of her behavior, but mentioned nothing for that ungodly stench. I honestly don't even know how someone can smell so terribly. I would think CVS had standards for levels of hygiene for the pharmacy area, and someone clearly did not meet qualifications. I'm not going back without a personal oxygen supply and a hazmat suit..."
