Simple Fitness

"Given Simple Fitness’ advice and guidance online I ordered a LifeSpan treadmill from them. However after I began encountering problems with the machine the company has been unresponsive to my multiple attempts at communication over several days. I would not do business here again due to this. For context, my treadmill began to have technical issues after 2 years of ownership. I reached out to LifeSpan (manufacturer) who informed me the reseller (Simple Fitness) will handle coordinating servicing requests. I reached out to Simple Fitness immediately afterwards who responded initially to confirm my warranty and then became completely unresponsive to follow up messages between Feb 5-7 2024 leaving me unable to resolve the problem. Due to my inability to get assistance through the reseller, the manufacturer was able to escalate my issue internally but have also been unhelpful as they could not perform a proper diagnosis remotely or send a technician. The company instead offered to ship me several components that they suspect is causing a problem with 2 MONTH delivery ETA and asked me to find a technician to complete the install after the products arrived Between the extremely poor customer service from Simple Fitness, the poor performance of the LifeSpan product, LifeSpan’s outrageous 2 month shipping timelines, and LifeSpans dependence on their resellers for servicing, I cannot recommend doing business with either of these companies"

"I am so glad I opted to order from Simple Fitness as opposed to other sellers for my Lifespan under-desk treadmill. Eric was the best! He honestly and patiently answered all of my many questions upfront before I placed my order. Love the product as well. You can tell it is well made and will last. There was an issue with the shipper (shipper’s fault), but it was made right. I was kept up to date throughout the process. Excellent customer service. Do not hesitate to purchase from here. 10/10 recommend."
