"I was in search of a new windshield for our sons golf cart. I contacted Family Outdoors and spoke with Tiffany, in mid December, she worked relentlessly to help me locate the correct windshield for 3 months and successfully found a replacement. I have called her several times and she was patient and helpful on every call. Tiffany is top notch at customer service!!!"

"This place was amazing. My 8-year-old son and I went to six or seven different powersports stores around Kansas City, browsing for an upgrade to his 50cc 2-stroke starter bike. While in the store, I told him a couple of times not to touch the bikes, as they had 'please do not touch' signs on all of them. We were then greeted by one of the owners and I told her why we were there, she quickly pulled out the bikes that were of appropriate size and told him to sit on them and try them out! They were very friendly and welcoming, and really made me feel at ease. We went home that night so that I could think about the purchase. When we came back, the owner recognized us and we wasted no time and bought the 110cc 4-stroke automatic bike that we have been thinking and talking about for the previous two months. We're extremely pleased. They ensured that we were aware of all the basics and safety precautions before leaving and provided me with excellent service and an excellent product, Five-star experience!!"
