"Ted met us at the door upon entering and greeted us immediately. We felt important and heard on our needs during our stay. He reaffirmed the moped we were choosing was the right vehicle in our price range and it was even on sale, which was a bonus! Unfortunately, we weren’t able to drive off the showroom floor. We understood that it needed to be serviced and prepped for next day delivery. So the next business day we came in and again felt like royalty. Ted made sure we understood our purchase and led us to Mike in service for the explanation on the moped. Mike is such a rockstar and obviously good at his job.
