"I've been avoiding seeing an eye care specialist. I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and kindness from everyone during my appointment. I just love Dr. Niere and her staff. Dr. Niere was thorough and very informative. There are a lot of product choices and the pricing ranged low to high, so there is something for everyone."
"Would not recommend going to Clarkson downtown St Louis. My daughter's appointment was cancelled, while son appointment remained on the schedule. The only difference between the them was the form payment. Daughter had medicaid and son had private insurance. Noone could explain why my daughter's appointment was cancelled. Everyone started parting fingers, blaming the call center. While there I talked to the manager and the assistant manager that was in training. Was told the ophthalmologist would have to override and put my daughter back on the schedule. She refuse to even come out and talk to me, I was told the doctor don't talk to patients. Call to report the incident to corporate and was told someone would call back. Just know I'm still waiting on a call."

"I have been a patient of Clarkson Eyecare since I was 12 years old. I am now 23. Out of all the St Louis locations I’ve been to, the downtown location is by far the best. Their frames are very stylish, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend anyone in the Downtown area to book their appointment with them!"
