"Went in to fill my sons prescription for his diaper rash and it was a compound that needed to be mixed so they were the only pharmacy that could do it. The lady at the counter said "didn't they tell you this takes 24 hours?" They did not, and I told her that. I got a text that it was done and my boyfriend went to pick it up and the same woman was openly talking about us where he could hear she said something to the tune of "oh yeah, those are the people that tried to pick up a compound 30 minutes after it was called in" in a extremely rude tone. I will not go back, so much for a friendly family pharmacy. (The lady that helped him was extremely nice though. Give her a raise)"

"The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because Chuck is a superstar! He has been my savior on more than 1 occasion. Here recently telling me about savings I could have been getting all along that anyone else there has failed to do. He also has wonderful customer service and is kind. I don't like dealing with Steve, he comes off abrasive and it's really unnecessary. I transfered from CVS after 25 years to SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS and dont want a bad taste in my mouth. Do better Steve. Maybe add some compassion when you speak to customers and at least make them feel like you care about their situation. I stay because Chuck has went above and beyond and continues to do so. I'm sure he is like this with every customer he comes in contact with and I hope they realize how special he is! Maybe even take a page out of his book."

"Transferred monthly maintenance meds from Walgreens 7551 to here. Walgreens could not fill 5 prescriptions on the same day for over a year. Jen at Rogers does it every month without missing a beat. Outstanding pharmacy."

"Took over a week to get my mom’s prescription. I was told the trucks arrived but couldn’t unload and I could pick it up the next day. Next day still wasn’t ready, told no trucks yet. Had to wait two more days. Very poor communication! Will be switching pharmacy’s."

"Horrible customer service from the cashier to the pharmacy tech. Every month they never have my prescriptions, correct. Today went in to pick up my prescriptions and they said they put them back because I was three days late from picking them up. Talked to a technician and they were working on getting a prescription filled. Then a cashier decided put into my business with the tech when she didn’t even know what was going on and I had to tell her to mind her own business because I was talking to the tech about my prescription. She was very rude and got someone else involved when they did not even know about my medication. Never seen any more disrespectful cashier then at Rogers Pharmacy. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and want to quit coming there but they are the only ones that carry the B40 plan that I need. Plus they don’t put on the correct prescription information on my bottles that my doctor sent in and my doctor is having to call multiple times to get it corrected. I might have to start getting my medication filled at my doctors office. Rogers needs to get his employees in checked or five of them all and get new ones."
