"I"ve changed my presciptions to somewhere else and they keep texting me and wont stop even though I opt out every single time!! I'm so sick of Hyvee Pharmacy! They also are not answering their phones at all, so I have no way to check on a prescription and if it was refilled or not. I've had zero communication from them. They have my meds usually but the wait in the drive thru is always 30 minutes or longer for some reason, and the last time I asked to be put on automatic refills they said they did but never actually did it so I was out of my psych meds for several days while I waited."

"Always have a good experience with the staff. Very friendly and polite. Have never had an issue with getting the right meds and on time. The placement of the pharmacy drive thru is a bad spot, not enough room for people waiting and it causes traffic jams in the parking lot. The main problem i have noticed happening quite often is people dropping off prescriptions and insisting they wait at the window for them to be filled. It's rude to othwr customers to make them wait so long. It's not hard to drop off the prescription and go wait in the parking lot so that others can get thru in a timely manner. I've heard the pharmacy staff ask people to park and wait but the people are selfish and refuse to move."

"Nice clean gas station. Parking area is very cramped. The fresh fruit is often anything by but fresh! Today I purchased an apple that was old, Brown, and mushy, gross! They need to pay better attention to the shelf life of their produce!"
