"Ive been living here almost 4 months, and everything about it is nice. The place has been very well maintained and clean. They are always super fast to fix or help with any issues. They are also super nice people to work with. The only thing i wish, was that the rec room was open later. If your looking for somewhere to live, this is the place to start."
"It's a great apartment for college students. The rent is a reasonable price. All the residents there are very friendly, and the property is very clean. Overall, my move in experience was awesome. If I had any questions the staff was very quick to respond. Definitely recommend these apartments to everyone!"
"I lived here before in one of the studio apartments,(for six years). I loved my time here. Moved to Tulsa,Oklahoma in 2017 and spent the last five years there. Do when I decided to move back to Nevada,MO. This was my first choice. I'm just glad that there was a vacancy coming up. The apartments are very nice. The entire staff are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Lakepointe Apartments. If you are looking for a really nice and affordable home. You can't beat this choice."
"It’s cheap and dirty. When I moved in to the studio I was assured the apartment was clean (it was not). Upon moving out two years later I left the cleaner than I received it. I was charged my full security deposit to clean it. There will be a minimum of $98 taken from the deposit to “clean” the apartment."
"So far I'm very impressed. I just signed my lease paperwork. The staff are amazing, Erin was the best help ever. Quick responses, direct communication and pleasant demeanor. The apartment is just as pictured on their site, no hidden rental or application fees and lease options are flexible. The property is very well kept and well lit at night. The rec room and laundry facility are very clean. I love that we have a key fob to access the extra facilities instead of them being open for anyone to enter."
