"Management does not concern itself with any of the problems associated with it's slum trailers it rents. Never making improvenents so the entire facility looks nothing more than a slum dog millionaire's trailer park. Only concerns are with self and no one else. If you live here you'll get the bare minimal."
"Quiet ... Trailers outdated, lay out of lots are too close, not much privacy, not much yard for each spot. Parking spaces are difficult. There is a beautiful body of water if you're lucky enough to get a view and that's not a lucky thing for most places/people."
