"Manager dates/sleeps residents Manager and maintenance man are both alcoholics (dating currently) Maintenance man has no experience Residents that have lived here 5+ years are moving due to rude management Do Not Move to Holden!!!!!! You will have the same problems that I have here Inspections are done every 3 months when she decides to show up"
