"Claudia's B&B is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best thing in Marshall, MO. I was sent to Marshall for about 8 months on rotations for medical school, much to my chagrin. However, her hospitality and graciousness more than made up for being in small-town Missouri. Her property is vastly superior to any of the apartments or temporary living situations I researched in preparation for living there. I could barely find a place to live that wasn't a house. She charges an extremely reasonable rate. Not only that, but she offers to do laundry and cook one meal a day (her cooking is excellent) while you live there. She bent over backwards to accommodate my needs during my stay, and provided a comfy living space when I was overwhelmed with working at the hospital. Claudia offers as much or as little privacy as you desire. I never once felt like my space was being invaded or that she overstepped her boundaries during my 8 month stent. She is the kind of landlady I would want at every future location I'll live. She's also one of the most genuine individuals I've ever met on planet Earth. She only ever treated me with kindness and a spirit of giving, which is so incredibly refreshing. She likes the company the B&B provides, so please talk with her and treat her well. If I had to go back to Marshall, I'd always choose to come and stay with her. She made the whole experience worthwhile."
